Please make sure to pay your order within 3 days of purchase. If by then you haven't paid yet I'll have to cancel it.
If you wish to cancel a purchase, please notify me, explaining why.
Shipping Details
All payments must be made in full and be cleared before shipping.
The item(s) will be sent to the ADDRESS YOU GIVE, so please make sure it's the correct one and it's UP TO DATE. I won't be responsible if the address you wrote isn't the right one. If by any chance an item is returned because your address isn't the correct one, I will contact you about the situation and resend it which will result in new shipping charges. There will be no refunds in case of incorrect address.
The item(s) are shipped via national (Portugal) and international mail with tracking code. If you prefer a different method, cheaper (without any tracking at all) or a different tracked shipment, contact me before making your order.
Customs duties, fees or taxes (if applicable) are your [the client] responsibility.
Once your order is shipped I will notify you through etsy message.
If you want to order several items please contact me first so I can tell you the cost of shipping. The shipping price is based on the combined weight and size of the items.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. Please remember that you [the client] will always bear the costs of shipping the item back to me.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at once and send as well a photograph of it with packaging, so I can make a claim at the post office and see what can be done.
If by any chance your address is incorrect and it's sent back to me because it failed to reach you, there will be no refunds. I will however contact you and resend it (new shipping will be charged).

Shipping time:
- Portugal: 3 to 9 days
- Europe: 5 to 18 days
- Everywhere else: 8 to 30 days
(Please remember that these are estimatives on the time and that sometimes mail arrives later than expected; reasons for late items can vary according to time of the year, holidays and/or issues with the post offices' systems)
